If the IC department decides the driver will be successful in the lease purchase program, they will let recruiter know the driver is good to move forward. (Turnaround less than 24 hours)
If the drivers is not a good fit for lease purchase, The recruiter can sell dedicated or OTR. (The driver will be able to transfer to Lease Purchase at a later time.)

How does the apprenticeship program work?
The driver simply needs to qualify for the Montgomery or post 9/11 G.I. Bill, have benefits remaining and have less than 2 years of experience.
If you qualify for the Montgomery or Post 9/11 GI Bill, you could be eligible to receive up to 24 monthly payments from the VA while you receive on-the-job paid training at U.S. Xpress. These payments are sent via direct deposit to your account on a monthly basis.

3rd party drivers must be scheduled within 30 days of 3rd party application submission in order for the 3rd party to get credit for the referral

Explain the Team sponsorship process
Qualify and get both apps to 100% and place student in RC status. Book exp driver out no less than 7 days with a PR Tag request process to verify 12ms exp. Once Exp driver is verified. Then email Khristyal Bradford, Team Rec, and cc leadership to notify them of the Team Sponsorship. KB will email an agreement to the team to team for 6ms then respond to you with dates to book the team. Exp on a Wed. and Student on the following Monday
What experience does a CDL A Yard driver need?
3-6ms TT exp, 1yrs verified exp in the last 3yrs, 6ms or more TT Exp doesnt require additional yard driving but the 6ms exp must be verified in the last 3yrs.

What retentions are in place for 3rd Party Partial applications
4hr retention to assigned rec. then follows other retentions with atc, interview, rec, etc.
process note**Email 3rd party contact or leadership 3rd party will have 24 hrs to respond to the request for a full app.
If the 3rd party doesn’t respond, leadership will notify Recruiting Support.
The partial application will be retained by the assigned recruiter with documented notes on the file stating a response is pending from the 3rd party.
If contact is made and 3rdparty dismissed the app the assigned recruiter takes ownership with applicable notes on file.
