Shortcut used to print a document off your computer.
What is ctrl+p?
The first thing you should try when you’re having technical difficulties with your computer.
What is “Restart”?
Text that links to other webpages and graphics online.
What is a hyperlink?
Used to enter information into a computer.
What is a keyboard?
The key used to insert a blank space.
What is the space bar?
Changes text to italics.
What is ctrl+i?
Your computer will not start and repeatedly displays a blue screen.
What is the blue screen of death?
A company that provides access to the Internet.
What is Internet Service Provider?
Used to print, fax, and scan (not a printer).
What is an MFP (Multi-functional device)?
Keys that allow you to perform certain tasks quickly and efficiently.
What are the function keys?
Changes text to bold.

Outlook constantly displays a login pop-up even though you have a good network connection.

It contains at least 1 of the following: upper case letter, lower case letter, number, and special character. Has 8 characters and is different than the last 5 used.

A term for the address of a website?
What is a URL?
Allows you to hear sounds from your computer.
What are speakers or headphones?
Used to indent when working on a Word document and to move from field to field on some applications.
What is the tab key?
Switches between duplicated display, extended display, PC only display, etc.
What is ctrl+P?
My laptop does not start up and there are no hard drive or battery lights on.
What is a dead battery?
