The person who tells the actors and technical crew what to do and how to do it.
What is a director?
The people who create the costumes, sets, lighting design, wigs, makeup, and all the design elements of a production
Who are the production team/design team?
These can make the stage look bright or dark and they can also be in various colors.
What are lighting effects?
Person/people responsible for moving scenery, set, and larger props on and off stage.
What is production crew and running crew?
Items that the actors hold in a show-it may be big or small
What are props?
These are lighting units that create a large wash of light, great for flooding a large space with light.
What are PAR cans or Parabolic Reflectors?
This person must be extremely organized and acts as the mediator between the cast and director.
Who is the stage manager?
This is connected to the lights and sound and allows the productin team to change levels, appearances, and to run cues
