In 45 seconds, tell the story of Cana of Galilee. What lesson do we learn from this story. The proctor should set a 30-second timer on their phone. If the group does not answer within those 30 seconds, the next team gets to guess.

Cana of Galilee was the first wedding that Jesus attended while on Earth. At this wedding, they ran out of wine, and that's when Mary asked Jesus to perform His first miracle. Although it was not time, Jesus turned the water into wine. This shows that Marriage is blessed by God, and Jesus sacrifices His timing to make sure the wedding goes beautifully. When Mary tells the servants to "do as he tells you," it demonstrates complete faith and trust in her son.

In 30 seconds, tell the story of Saint Paul and his conversion to Christianity. What can we learn from this story?

Paul was known as Saul of Tarsus. Before his encounter with Jesus on the road to Damascus, he was a persecutor of Christians. He was a devout Jew, so he got permission from the high priest to kill Christians. On his way to Damascus, he encountered Jesus and was blinded by God's light. After some time, his sight was restored by God through the hands of Ananias; then he believed and was named Paul. This story teaches us that God is capable of changing the hearts of murderers and sinners.

In 45 seconds, tell the story of the Good Samaritan. What lesson does this story teach us?

A Jewish traveler walks down the steep, dangerous road from Jerusalem to Jericho. Robbers attack him, beat him, steal his clothes, and leave him half-dead. A Jewish priest walks down the same road. He sees the wounded man, but he crosses to the other side and passes him by. A Levite (a temple assistant) comes to the spot. He also looks at the injured man and walks past on the other side. A Samaritan traveler arrives. At that time, Jews and Samaritans despise each other and have deep ethnic hostility. Even so, the Samaritan feels deep pity. The Samaritan cleans the man's wounds with wine and oil, and wraps them in bandages. He puts the man on his own donkey and takes him to a safe inn to care for him. The next day, the Samaritan gives money to the innkeeper. He asks the innkeeper to keep taking care of the man, and promises to pay for any extra costs on his return trip. The story teaches that a true neighbor shows active love and mercy to anyone in need, regardless of race, background, or social division.
