Monday - Thursday: 7:30 am - 9:30 pm
Friday: 7:30 am - 9:00 pm
Saturday - Sunday: 10 am - 5:00 pm (unless there is a varsity match)

False. The ball machine is free for 30 minutes.
If someone pays for a month package of clinics but misses a day, do they recieve credit?
No. Unless it's due to a special situation, and has gone through the Pro in charge of the clinic.
Describe the varsity tennis mask policy.
Varsity tennis is exempt from wearing masks while actively playing. They should be wearing them in common areas, but we are not responsible for enforcing.
Someone leaves without paying. What do you do?
Call the member, and leave a note on the court sheet. There are calling/phone scripts in jonesshare.
What is the rate for a court reservation? For a walk-on?
$27/hour reserved, $20/hour walk-on (students and juniors only)
How much is a guest fee/day pass?

If a brand new junior participant wants to register for clinics, what is the first step?
What is our cancellation policy?
- 3 hours before a court time reservation
- 24 hours before a lesson
What should club automation look like if someone comes in to hit alone?
There should be a note describing exactly what took place (ex: ball machine, practiced serves, hit against the wall, etc.)
What is required regarding TC uniform?
- polo
- khakis
- name tag
- close-toed shoes
- NOT ALLOWED: hats, headphones, sweatshirt/jacket
- ALLOWED: EOM jacket, black/white undershirt

What is the price for one cardio tennis class? What is the price for a package?
$16/class. $160 - 11 sessions for the price of 10.
Does tennis club pay?
If they have a scheduled practice, they do not pay. They are treated like normal if they play outside of this time (pay guest fee if they are not members).
True/False: If a member pays for a whole court, I don't need to record the names of the other players on the court sheet.
FALSE. It is VERY important to record everyone's name on the court sheet. We are liable if anyone has any issues.
What is a missed punch?
Filling out a form on Kuali when forgetting to clock in/out. This allows Kuali to reflect your true hours, and you should only have up to three a semester.

What levels of ladies drills are we currently offering?
3.0 and 3.5/4.0 combined.
What are procedures if closing with a court sweeper in the building?
Leave the lock box key out, lock the doors, and don't set the alarm.

Purchase memberships, purchase/reload gift cards, check gift card amount, purchase clinic/cardio packages, item lookup, sell custom items.

When is availablity due on SIU for each month?
The second Friday.
How can you make sure a membership is truly expired?
You have to go through a members statement and check each individual month. Do not assume the date listed on their profile is correct.
