What does the Cross teach us about suffering?

Our suffering has meaning and value. God brought the greatest good, our salvation, from the worst suffering- Jesus dying on the cross.

His suffering on the cross redeems and saves us.

Our suffering can also be redemptive: we can offer our suffering as a prayer for others for their salvation.
