There are several ways to customize the entries on your problem list. Show two different ways.

Within meds and orders, demonstrate how to add the following to your view: "Dispense"; "the "Discontinue" radio button", "Taking" (which shows nurse med reconciliation) and "Long-term" (which adds the red pushpin to meds you don't want falling off the med list after the prescription expires)

For patients needing colonoscopy every 3 years, or a PAP every year, or a HgbA1c every 3 months, or other periodic testing at specified intervals, selecting this icon within the HM section of the Activity Bar allows users to change reminder intervals. Demonstrate how to change colonoscopy default to every 5 years instead of every 10.

In addition to using the Meds and Orders section of Visit Navigator, users can use ANOTHER section within Visit Navigator to create orders, generate new prescriptions, and send refills. This can be done during the initial stages of the office visit while at the same time, reviewing and updating patient history.
What is "problem list"? This is known as "problem based ordering" (EFFICIENCY ALERT! This approach automatically pushes the Problem(s) to the Visit Diagnosis; and it automatically links meds and orders to the diagnosis)

This feature allows the user to quickly document routine actions taken on lab results. For example, with one click the user can document that a letter was sent in response to a lab; or that the patient was notified via MyChart; or that a lab was discussed in an office visit. Using this same feature, the user can create routine notes to staff in response to a lab. For example, directing a clinical staff member to call a patient to report that an HIV test is negative; or calling a patient to make an appointment to discuss a specific lab. Demonstrate how to make one.
