How do you book a recurring appt?

To book a recurring appointment, click on a light blue space.  Find the client, select a service, time and room.  Before you confirm the appointment, click "book recurring appointment."  From there you select the timeframe the client requests.  Click "check for unavailable dates."  If no dates are unavailable then click "execute."  If dates are unavailable, consult the client for alternative dates.

What do you do when a walk in comes into the studio while you are training?

Politely excuse yourself from your client to greet the walk in.  Give them the clipboard to fill out the walk-in form.  Thank them for filling it out and send a picture to MMH and your manager via text and email.
