This early game boss is based off of an enemy in the game Super Meat Boy. Sometimes, two of this boss will spawn in one boss room, or a really long version of this boss can spawn.
Larry Jr.
This active item allows you to activate the effects of most cards without actually using a card. The charge count varies depending on the strength of the card.
Blank Card
Upon getting three of these cat items you get this unique and powerful transformation.

This single use active item duplicates all items and pickups in the room.
Diplopia
This pill causes Isaac to swallow any held trinket, causing it to act as a permanent passive item.
Gulp!
Before the Beast fight, you have to get through this fight. Upon completing this fight, Isaac is granted a holy mantle item for the Beast fight. This holy mantle item has the same name as the boss.
Dogma
This soul rerolls all item pedestals in the room to items from random item pools.
Soul of Eden
This item gives a 1.5x multiplier
Cricket's head
This 3 charge active item gives a temporary brimstone for the room. Brimstone was originally planned to be named this, but was later changed.
Sulfur
This trinket cannot be removed upon picking up unless you find the match stick trinket.
Tick
In order to make it to boss rush, you must beat mom in 20 minutes otherwise the door will close. Name one of the three items that can be used to open the boss rush door.

Huge Growth
This single charge active item shoots a burst of tears in all directions.
Tammy's Head
This item makes Isaac incredibly small, giving him the ability to dodge most enemy bullets.
Pluto
This trinket causes Isaacs tears to turn 90 degrees when parallel to an enemy.
Brain Worm
