What is our SPARK program? 

Spark is The BrandLab’s classroom program that introduces high school students to the idea of a creative career. As a workshop-style program, it’s designed to quickly capture students’ interest and expose them to the marketing/advertising field. Within this workshop, eligible students are able to apply for a paid summer internship to take their learning to the next level.

Why was The BrandLab created? 

To connect local talent to the industry with a deliberate focus on underrepresented Brown and Black students and students from lower-income backgrounds starting in high school and continuing from college to career.

Why is EXPOSURE important? 

You can’t ask for a job if you don’t know it exists. That’s why we meet high school students in the classroom with our hands-on Spark program, introducing them to a whole industry of possibilities.

We hire and place high school and college students as paid interns, providing support through workshops,  training, soft-skill development, and college guidance to best prepare them for the career in which they are interested.
