The apostolic churches are early Christian communities that were founded by one or more of the Apostles. Being in "communion with Rome" means a community recognizes the authority of the Pope and the official teachings of the Church. The Church having the "fullness of the means of salvation" means that the Church possesses all of the spiritual tools that the Christian needs to be holy.

What is Sacred Tradition? What is the relationship between Sacred Tradition and Sacred Scripture? Why can't we just use Sacred Scripture (the Bible) alone? (essay 1)
Sacred Tradition is the handing on of the truths of Jesus Christ by the successors of the Apostles. Sacred Tradition was originally handed down orally and eventually came to be written down into what we now know as the Bible, which is also called Sacred Scripture. Sacred Tradition determined which books were included in the Bible and it also interprets them faithfully. We can't just use the Bible alone because not everything the Christian needs is contained in the Bible.
