You would click the blue button in the top right to add a vehicle.

How would you upload a fleet for a customer?

Using the spreadsheet provided to them, you can go to fleet upload and drop the file they sent you back with their fleet and it will upload the vehicles to their profile. If anything is incorrect or invalid then it will let you know.

By clicking on the blue hyperlink for the contract ID, clicking on additional drivers and then adding the additional drivers.

In your own words, what is a fuel charge allowance?

It is how much fuel you are giving them based on the charge for fuel used to get to and from the dealership for the duration of their loaner.

Scenario: Dealership has an older customer who doesn't have a smart phone and they have started the contract process on the web as opposed to the app. 

How can the dealership still get a customer signature to loan the vehicle out to their customer? 

They would opt to sign the contract manually and the dealership would need to print the contract out and have the customer sign it that way instead.

How do you change the mileage on a vehicle after its been added?

You can only update the mileage when you start and end a contract or when changing the state of a vehicle through the app.

Go to Custom Fees, Add fee, Recovery Fee, Per Contract, followed by the amount and Save.

No, you can only take a photo of the customer's insurance through the app that will then display on the web.

I want to upload a photo of some vehicle damage on the web, where do I do that?

Trick question, you can't!

Photos of vehicle issues can only be uploaded on the app but once uploaded on the app they can be viewed both on the app and on the web at anytime.

I want to make sure my loaner car is not available in three weeks because it has reached its mileage cap and needs to be rotated out, how can I automate that?

You can go into a vehicle's details, go to status, and type in the date that you want the loaner to be unavailable.

They can, although we recommend they keep the original terms and just add on to what is already there.

How do you edit the notes on a customer profile?

You can't! You can add notes but you can't remove or edit the notes once they are submitted.

OMG! One of my SA's forgot to start a contract yesterday and now it won't allow us to start the contract. How do we fix this?

If it's been less than 24 hours than the customer's signature is still valid and you can go ahead and just start the contract. If more than 24 hours has passed then you will need to start a whole new contract for the customer and re-send them the contract to sign via text or have them come to the dealership.

Where would you resolve a vehicle issue on vehicle details?

Go to Vehicle Details, go to Issues, click on the magnifying glass and type in the resolution before clicking resolve issue.

No at least not for Fords but they can add additional agreement terms.
