In SaKtKiA51 (Area 51), get 15 kills without dying or Pack-a-Punch 3 weapons without dying.
Punishment - Next game wait 15 seconds before starting
Punishment - Lose in a Public server on purpose or lose 125 points

Survive 3 floors of Dandy's World as Shrimpo alone without taking damage and only using the brick trinket. If you don't have Shrimpo, survive a round of Die of Death without abilities.
Punishment - Lose 200 points or listen to a song of the winners choosing for the rest of the challenge on loop. If the winner wants to change the song, they can whenever they want.
In Rays Mod, summon a creature that will fight for you in a challenge. Which ever person's creature is left standing wins.
Punishment - Die by hundreds of your creature and lose 100 points
Win a Public game of Ultimate Random Night.
Punishment - Lose 200 points or beat a night in FNAF 1 Doom
In Demonology, guess correctly on the hard difficulty with your partner.
Punishment - Winner decides. Make someone lose 175 points or make someone be forced to say whatever you want at the start of each round. If they refuse, they lose 25 points.
