Even before his training, he is unusually thoughtful, expresses great concern for his friends and family, and thinks it would be nice to be closer to other people. After his training begins, his universe widens dramatically. His new awareness of strong emotions, beautiful colors, and great suffering makes him extremely passionate about the world around him.

 It was nature/ sun, forests, a large community with houses and dwellings. Had rules, and punishments. People obeyed the rules. Everything is the same, even the people. It was futuristic, and differences were not allowed. People didn't feel pain, happiness, and fame.

Jonas got stung by a Bee in his face, near his right eye. It was painful for a second, then the pain stopped. He was a bit shocked, and the camera angle was a first person mode. It was the first step for Jonas to know and feel pain, but not harsh pain. It was successful, because Jonas felt it, and understood what pain was.

The emotions were nice and joyful, and I think that it was successful, because Jonas liked it and it was in his mind and started to dance with Lily.

He enjoys his job and takes it very seriously, constantly trying to nurture children who will stay alive until the Ceremony of Names. However, even if he is attached to a child, he will release it if that seems to be the best decision.

It was very scary, and many people were running and hiding with dirty faces, wearing helmets and army clothes. There were blood and guns were being shot. A person died, and blood was coming out. It was in the forest. The emotions were frightening and scary. People were dying and screaming. A very harsh and painful dream for Jonas to feel and experience. Jonas then knew what they meant by real pain, and why they asked him if he was brave and strong enough to handle it. It was not supposed to be given that fast. There should've been time or at least levels before this memory was transmitted to Jonas.
