You observe your peers' lessons and they observe yours.
Steps:
1. Enter the date and the group you are going to observe into the Observation table in the teachers' room.
2. Check who observes your lesson and prepare a lesson plan.
3. Visit your peer's lesson, complete the feedback form and meet to discuss it.
4. One of your peers visits your lesson and gives their feedback
