These are conducted semi-annually and are intended to provide each employee with a clear understanding of their current performance as well as requirements for career progression. Feedback is collected through self-evaluations and 360 feedback from colleagues, then is compiled into a final summary.

Orange vs. navy is an intense rivalry that takes comes alive during this annual event. Kickball, lawn games, and relay races help each team earn points for the coveted trophy and year-long bragging rights. A catered lunch rounds out the day where both teams come back together as one community.

Every Friday from Memorial Day to Labor Day, we close down the office at 3:00 pm. This perk allows employees to get a jump start on their weekend and enjoy summertime activities with family and friends.

The MarketBridge office transforms into a mini golf course during this annual event. Teams are tasked with creating two themed mini golf holes, paired with a corresponding beverage. After playing the full course, votes are casted for the most creative hole and the winning team is announced.

We encourage all employees to begin saving for retirement. As such, this program will match all employee contributions up to 3% annually.

With roasts of the leadership team and spoofs of daily work life, this always leaves everyone rolling with laughter.
