No. You would counsel him to revisit his physician and get re-evaluated. Antibiotics, antivirals and antifungals can only be given for a specific time frame. No response in this time warrants further evaluation and checking compliance.

Whoever is the most senior in the office should stay with the patient and try to calm him/her down. Others should get out of the office.
Ask them why are they angry. MAKE THEM FEEL HEARD. VALIDATE THEIR CONCERNS. Verbalize this.
One volunteer should go and call security (the closest is the male hostel guard). Patient should ideally be escorted out of the office by security and not the volunteers.
