Who is cyclopes dad? what does he do since his son has been stabbed? 

Poseidon. He makes Odysseus and his men's journey home harder by making a storm and they can't steer the ship so they wait 10 days and then there is no wind so they drift to the next island.

What does Circe's do to the men and how does she treat them? Who is the one man that escaped and told Odysseus what happened?

Circe is polite and seems innocent so invites the men into her house and offers them wine, cheese etc. later she then gives them the potion that turns them into pigs.

Odysseus tells them that he has never let them down and reminds them how he got them away from the Cyclops.

 Eurylochus convinces the other men that it is better to die by drowning rather than by starvation and then takes one of the cows to sacrifice to the gods.

Scylla is a six-headed monster. When ships pass she swallows one sailor for each head.

Charybdis is an enormous whirlpool that threatens to swallow the entire ship.

Helios tells Zeus and Zeus gets angry so hits their boat with a lightning bolt so the ship snaps in half and sinks. Odysseus survives

It is comparing a man fishing and quickly taking the fish out of the water and when Scylla took the 6 men off the boat and just dangled them above Odysseus.

because when the cyclopes yell when being stabbed his friends ask what's wrong and he responds "Nobodys killing me" so his friends don't think anything wrong.

Circe told them to go summon Tiresias and he will tell them how to get home. 

He told Odysseus that Odysseus return is ensured by the gods, but he is set to suffer greatly before and after his arrival. He must restrain himself and his men, steer the ship through a narrow passage and on Helios island can't eat cattle. If they eat the cattle the men will die

Odysseus shows it by letting the men tie himself to the pole and not breaking free. 

The men show it by tieing them Odysseus up, and the men put beeswax in their ears to blocks out the siren's voice.

This is Odysseus saying that he could not have survived on this own so he is relieved that Zeus is there to help him. Zeus also revives his ship so he is not a piece of wood. and he is off to Calypso's island.
