self-care is different for everyone like self-care to me is hanging out with my dog or talking to a friend and doing make up

you should always be proud of yourself no matter how big or small the milestone

The ways that you let others support is by understanding that have someone to call if ever in need a release that feeling you can call the 988 or the Colorado Crisis Line

good ways to deal with stress are exercise, reading, drawing, journaling, and going to a supportive person.
What is your personal definition of recovery?
Recovery can mean different for everyone and that doesn’t mean that one is less than the other. Recovery to me means being able to live the life that I want and not one that’s dictated by my thoughts and emotions or other people’s criticisms.

if we recover loudly, we keep people from dying quietly

God grant me the serenity to understand the things that I cannot change, the courage to change the things that I can’t, and the wisdom to know the difference.

Letting go doesn’t mean that you forget what happened letting go means that you allow yourself to live in contentment and not in any other negative emotion
