What is the urinary bladder?
This part of the nephron reabsorbs most glucose, amino acids, and water.
What is the proximal convoluted tubule (PCT)?
This stage involves the movement of substances like drugs and excess ions from the blood into the nephron.
What is secretion?
These three processes work together to filter blood, return useful substances, and remove additional wastes to form urine and maintain homeostasis.
