When ordering an item for a Representative to complete an offer for a special offer, i.e. BOGO, Mix or Match, 2 for $20, etc., follow the steps below:

  1. Educate the Representative on the correct ordering methods for future orders using examples on page 1
  2. Order the missing item using the line number from the offer in the brochure
  3. Use Adjustment transaction type
  4. Advised the Representative that a manual adjustment will be made once the item bills and they will see an invoice message next campaign reflecting the credit
  5. Apply a generic notepad indicating the item that was ordered to complete offer and the item that was previously ordered and billed
