I am the staff member who processes your student health insurance claims and coordinates care at the IU Health Center.
Who is the IU Health Center Administrative Staff?
I manage the contracts, staff, and food safety for all the dining halls on campus, from McNutt to Wright and Forest (<3).

I protect student data and privacy in accordance with a federal law known by this acronym.
What is FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act)?
If a student on your floor needs mental health support and is referred to us through a care referral form, we are the department who would go and conduct a wellness check.
What is IU Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS)?
I am the system that sends out alerts about severe weather, campus closures, or emergencies to all students, faculty, and staff.

I am the office that processes financial aid, manages student fee payment deadlines, and sends out your tuition bills.
What is the IU Bursar's Office?
Besides snow removal, I'm the one on campus who takes care of the flowers, trees, and mowing the vast lawns to keep IU looking beautiful.
Who is the Landscaping Staff?

I am the IU department that issues parking permits and writes tickets for violations on campus. I am also the department that towed the hell out of Nathan's car costing him 315 dollars.

I am the IU department that is solely responsible for clearing the sidewalks, doorways, and outdoor steps of snow and ice during the winter months to prevent slips and falls.
