Safety Glasses.
Even if others are can I play around in/on the shop/stage?
NO! Horseplay is not acceptable In any environment involving power tools.
Can I wear headphones in the shop so I can listen to my music.
Absolutely... NOT!
What is the correct footwear when dealing with heavy items in the shop?
Closed-toed shoes.
How many people on the ladder at once?
Only one is allowed.
If I spill something should I leave it and wait for someone else to clean it? Or should I clean it myself?
No. Never leave a liquid of any sort on the ground. Someone could get hurt.
Should you lift heavy props or stage sets by yourself?
No. You should at least have a partner.
Can I jump off the stage even if it's short?
No. Never.
Can I wear my hair however I want?
No, hair must be tied back and out of the way so it doesn't get caught.
Should I wear gloves when using a table saw ect.
If someone is calling me can I run across the catwalk to get there?
No. you should NEVER run on the catwalk because someone could get hurt.
Should I inform someone before doing/dropping something dangerous?
Yes. This is called the call and response technique.
