Stage Right
The areas behind or beside the stage that the audience cannot see.
backstage
repeated practice in preparation for a performance.
rehearsal
The hidden side areas to the left and right of the main acting space.
A resting room backstage where actors wait before going on.
Green Room
The sunken area in front of the stage for musicians.
orchestra pit
The left side of the stage from the actor's point of view facing the audience.
Stage left
the people who perform in a show.
Cast
the place that sells tickets to a performance.
box office
the person who creates dances and arranges movements for the performance.
Choreographer
rooms in the theater provided for the actors where they change their costumes and put on make-up.
dressing rooms
all the people who work together backstage on a show except the cast.
