Coping skills help us with feeling better or calmer in situations where we feel negative emotions.
What emotion makes you wish you had something someone else does?
Jealousy.
Teacher, nurse, school psychologist, special-education teacher, etc.
What are compliments you receive from others?
Awesome! Now give yourself a different compliment that you think is true)

Mine would include lots of sunshine and time spent with loved ones.

My favorite is fidgeting with something to shift my focus away from anxious feelings.

Anger. How can we respond differently?

Mine was English, I like the freedom to creatively write.

Something silent like: describing objects in the room in your head, box breathing, tap finger against leg, etc.

Journal it, write a letter, draw something that represents the way you feel, etc.
How are ways you can show yourself some love?
Take care of yourself, buy yourself something new, do an activity you enjoy, affirmations (remind yourself how great you are!)

I want a fun, floral wallpaper.
