What is anxiety?

Anxiety is a feeling that makes you feel more nervous than usual. Anxiety shows up when maybe when you're presenting in class or maybe you're doing a school play. It's our brain's way of responding to perceived danger; anxiety forms when our brain is responding to false fire alarms. It thinks we're in danger when we're not!

4. If they can help, say thank you. If they can't help, say thanks for trying to help me and maybe next time you can help me. You could also try to explain again, being extra descriptive. You can also ask someone else for help.
