Bullying
This is when you act as if you think you know what is going on, but you don't take the time to make sure.
Assuming
"YOU are responsible for my pain!"

"you need to fix the problem!"
Blaming
When you pretend to have insight or use excuses, like, "I guess I did that because of my rejection of females."
Intellectualizing
When you say you did it but were forced by someone or by circumstances. Like saying "My friends made me do it."
Projection of Blame
You treat other people as if they were things and you won them
You are nice to adults only when you think they will let you get away with things.
You refuse to have concern for your victims or to say there was any harm don at all.
Lack of empathy
Picking only the things you want to hear and ignoring things you need to hear or things contradictory to your ideas, in those situations, you don't want to hear advice
Selective hearing
Turning a small problem into a big problem. Sweating the small stuff.
Magnifying
When you say something like, "I can't help it because I have ADHD or some other diagnosis."
"I Can't help it becasue of my disorder. "
blaming it on your disorder
Claiming it was only a prank, a mistake, a joke, an accident- key words- just, only and but....
Minimizing
You get mad if staff don't give you what you ask for right away.
You push your way in line, interrupt people, play your music loud, and generally act rude and inconsiderate toward others
"Me first" attitude
Remembering only the things you want to remember
Selective Memory
"You are TOTALLY horrible!"
"You are COMPLETELY selfish!"
"You ALWAYS do that!"
Global Labels
When you do things like change subjects, talk about irrelevant issues, or generalize to the point of absurdity, like saying "all you people want me to lie!"
Attempting to Confuse
When you say something to try to give a logical excuse like, "well, anyone would have done the same thing under those circumstances."
Rationalizing
"only these dumb staff think I have a problem, I can stop whenever I want"
"next time I won't get caught"
"Why should I have to go to school- I already know all that stuff"
"In a way, I think I am good at Everything."
"I'm the Greatest"
Telling others what they want to hear so they could get off your back
Paying Lip Service
Assuming that you know what someone else if thinking. Jumping to conclusions.
Mind-Reading
When you try to get out of accepting responsibility by confronting you, like saying, "well, didn't you ever break the law?"
Reversing Confrontation
When you threaten those who are questioning you- starting with glares and clinched fist,
Intimidating
"I can't do this program. Send me to prison"
"I don't understand how to do my school assignments."
"Group doesn't help me. I can't get anything out of it."
"I can't" attitude
Trying to make other people feel sorry for you or trying to get attention from others. You use it to get other people to leave you alone instead of holding your accountable when you mess up. You make yourself out to be the victim in something
Victim Stance or Victimizing
Forcing someone else to act or feel the same way that you act or feel. "Do this, not that!"

When you say you are not responsible because you were high on drugs or alcohol.
