What does it mean to be a "Title 1" school?
We receive extra funding as a result of being Title 1.
We use the funding to pay for additional teachers so that we can provide as much one-on-one instruction as possible.
We are Title 1 because of our free and reduced lunch numbers.
All our teachers are properly certified and equipped to teach your children.
We must meet with you regularly and a key event is parent-teacher conferences in October.
We hope our families value education because we value your child.
Parents are important partners at a Title 1 school. That is evident in all the paperwork that you receive at the start of the school year.
If parents, have questions please contact your child’s teacher, the guidance counselors, or the administration. We want to help.
