Click Lead Engine then Bulk Import, you can either upload your file yourself or you can have our Lead Configuration team import them

Yes! You can do this under your profile in the "Settings" section. Under Daily Call Creation you can add the lead statuses you want us to generate calls for, as well as the number of calls you want created per day

Can I change what kind of listing carousals I have on my site?

Yes! You can go into Web IDX then Website Settings, from there click the "Listing Carousals" option. You can have up to 3 carousals with your choice of pre-created listing criteria

Can an agent edit a campaign owned by a team/office/company entity?

No, a company/team/office admin are the only users able to edit company/team/office campaigns.

Can I add my clients birthday or home anniversary to their contact record?

Yes! Navigate to the lead you want to add this info to and click "Profile Details". Next, click "Edit Profile" and you can add this info in the appropriate fields under the Contact Info section

Is there a way to mark myself as on vacation in the system?

Yes! You can set yourself as on vacation in your profile under "Settings". Simply add the dates you are out and the system will not assign team, office, or company leads to you during that time

What happens if an agent doesn't meet the Lead Rotation Accountability rules set for their Team or Office?

They will be taken out of lead rotation

What is the difference between a Landing Page and a Squeeze Page?

There is one type of landing page that is not super customizable, and leads cannot navigate away from a landing page to other pages on your site. A Squeeze page will bring leads to property results, a home valuation page, or a market report page based on the agents criteria. Leads can navigate away from a squeeze page

How do I claim a lead in a Pond?

Navigate to your Smart CRM, click the appropriate Pond title at the top of the page, then click "Assign" next to the lead you want to claim and select your name in the pop-up.

I'm an office admin, how do I adjust my office lead accountability settings?

Click on your name in the upper right hand corner then select Offices from the drop down. Click on your office on the next page, then click "Office Settings". From there you can adjust agent accountability for all agents under your office

Why would an agent want/need to manually add a listings?

If the listing is sold or coming soon and their MLS does not provide data on those listings or if the listing is exclusive

Can I make it so that my site only shows specific types of listings (such as single-family homes or apartments)?

Yes! You can adjust this setting under Web & IDX then Website Settings. From there Scroll down to the listings section and uncheck any listing types you don't want on your site

Why can't I change the logo when creating flyers or other materials in Design Center?

Your brokerage most likely locked the logo so that you have to use the brokerage logo on all design center materials

Can I filter for leads with a specific hashtag?

Yes! To do this navigate to your Smart CRM and click "Filters" towards the top of the page. You can then add your desired Hashtag under the Contact Details section

I have a lender that I work with, how do I make it so that all of my leads are assigned to him moving forward?

First an admin on your team will need to create an account for this Lender. Once that is done you can click on your name in the upper right-hand corner, click My Profile, Click Edit Profile, then add your Lender in the Lender field under Contact Info and save

Yes! You will want to click on your name in the upper right-hand corner, click "teams", and then choose your team on the next page. From there click "Edit Profile" and uncheck "Make Contacts Private"

Does the system automatically generate Search Alerts for leads? If so, what criteria needs to be met?

The lead needs to have visited at least one property on the site within 24-48 hours of registering/being created and they need a valid email
