Who is your librarian?
What do you do when you first walk up to library class?
View instructions for your class on the message board and choose your greeting. After greeting your awesome librarian who is so happy to see you, gather your materials. Then have a seat in your assigned seat and be ready to start.
What is a level 0?
Silence is Golden. Absolute silence, no one is talking.
What is the first Golden Book point?
Did you enter orderly and gather materials?
Basic Procedures:
How do you exit the library?
Make one last check to make sure you have gathered all of your materials. Make sure there are no books on the floor. Chairs are pulled out. Line up in a 4s line.

READ!
What do you do if you need to speak?
Raise your hand when you need to speak. Stand and speak to your classmates at a noise level 4. Remember to use Accountable Talk!

Spy talk. Whispering, only 1 person can hear you. Working with a partner.

Line up Silent, Straight, Still, and Smiling.

Donkey! They are so stinkin cute!
How do you show you are listening?
Eyes are on the speaker, sit still without fidgeting.

Low Flow. Small group work, only the group can hear you.

We can earn 5 points based on our behavior. Mrs. Trisha picks the best class that has 5 points.

Purple
How do you use the tables?
Sit in your assigned seat. Respect your neighbors space. Share materials (do not hold erasers) and do not destroy materials. When we turn and talk you will speak to your corner partner.
What is a level 3?
Formal Normal. Normal conversation voice.

How do you clean up?
Make sure all papers are neatly in your folder. Put pencils and erasers away. Push your chair mostly in. Do not leave anything on the tables. Throw away any trash.
What is a level 4?
Loud Crowd. Presenting voice. Everyone can hear you.

Were you cleaned up and ready for the hall in a 4s line?
