With a robust AMS/CRM like netforum, they are not a good candidate for the thrive model database as there as less features available, and reporting functionality that the client is most likely interested in.
A client that is working with the POD to launch/implement their Thrive site, where/how can they see progress on the new site?
What is:
Thrive model sites are set up as micro:sites that super-admin's will be able to see, the POD can answer any specific access questions.
An exisiting RM/OC client is interested in the new Thrive community model, but isn't interested in moving to informz the MA with the full Thrive Model. What should be demoed to the client?
What is:While working with the Account Manager, you could pitch the difference between RM and the Thrive MA product, but it sounds like it makes more sense to demo only the Thrive Community model to the client.
A client asks for a sandbox of the Thrive Community to show to their board, how should a CSM respond?
HL is not providing sandboxes of thrive for clients to use and make decisions with. Demos and sales calls will show the main differences with the site.
A long-term tier 1 client, wants a demo of Thrive for a new look and feel for their OC. They have over 200 micro:sites. How do you and the Account Executive plan for the demo, and manage expectations for the client?

This would not be an easy implementation, as micro:sites do not have an out-of-the-box tool to be updated to the Thrive model. The CSM and AE would need to let the client know that it is feasible get a new community home page updated and log out page, but the micro:sites are not being updated at this time.
