What is a rule’s context, and why does it matter?
What is the category/environment the rule is built for, and it determines where the rule can be used.
Why does it matter?
Context controls important behavior: which properties are available, whether nested rules or custom logic are allowed, which test records you can use, and whether an error/return message is required. Choosing the wrong context makes the rule unusable or changes its evaluation semantics.
