The SCI email doesn't have a 2fa. You would need to reassign the email address if this happens.

Once you accepted the invitation for the .com marketplace, all of the marketplaces in that region (.ca and .mx) should already be accepted. But, you will need to manually accept the marketplace in SLAPI.
