How is the theme "It is a sin to kill a mockingbird" made relevant to Arthur (Boo) Radley?
In the end of the novel when Scout is attacked by Bob Ewell and saved by Boo Radley, Mr. Ewell is killed somehow in the midst of the event. This makes Atticus and Heck Tate think that it was Boo Radley that done the murdering to defend the children. Atticus, being his rightful self, suggests that Jem or Boo Radley must be taken to court. On the other hand, Mr. Tate knows Boo Radley has done the murder and wants to hide it from the town and tells Atticus that they should lean toward that Bob Ewell's death was self-inflicted. Hence, this leads to Scout saying to Atticus that Mr. Tate is right; that it would be like shooting a mockingbird. By this she means it would be wrong to expose Boo Radley (who likes to be isolated) to the rest of the town, because he saved Atticus's children, yet killed Bob Ewell. So, Scout is suggesting that Mr. Tate is right to keep Boo Raldey from the town's attention, to keep Boo's peace that he likes.

Then, Bob Ewell can referred to by this quote since Atticus tells the children that Bob Ewell is only so nasty since he is despised of by the town, and is treated poorly by all races. Finally, Jem finds out the meaning of this theme once he has to read to Mrs. Dobuse. What other conflict might be considered to have been in the novel?
There were several other conflicts present in the book. But one that was decently important was the tension between Calpurnia and Lula when Calpurnia takes the children to a black church.
