This recent UE 5.5 update did more bad than good.
The performance they did was lower your vram usage and use force frame generation. I have tried turning off frame gen in the settings but it keeps automatically turning back on. I had to use console commands

If your game for what ever reason turns on force frame gen, try out those commands. Then you will see your actual frames that you are getting. Oddly enough my game became more stable when I turned off Frame gen.
I have no idea what the devs did but this recent update is not very good. My screen will consistently black screen (No other game I have does that) Frame gen is on by force, there are some weird animation glitches like if you are riding your tame, your character will A-Pose and sometimes the game just crashes randomly.
I want this game to do good but this just cant go on anymore.

Performance has been getting worse with every update and it's on the brink of being unplayable now. From being able to hit 180fps at launch to dipping below 60 with stuttering. An attempt to optimise the game needs to be made sooner rather than later, it can't be ignored, devs need to realize this. It's just not fun to play a pvp or any type of game with this performance.

very well designed game with AMAZING world building and story. sound effects, art and music are all used so well to make everything feel alive. its such a big world with tons of secrets and hidden lore. Apart from all this, the general gameplay movement and fighting feels really good and ranges from beginner friendly stuff down to the depths of hell. loved every second of playing which is why its my favorite game of all time
