What if a case tells me they tested negative, What do we do?
First, ensure you have verified name, address and date of birth so you are sure you have the right person. If you are sure you have the right person, you can use this script:
• “Thank you for sharing that information with me. To confirm, you are saying that you were tested on (insert WDRS test day) and you were informed by your provider that your result was negative? OK, we will check our records to see if there was an error, and will call you back either way to let you know. You can also reach out to your provider if you have questions about your result.”
