What is Dashboards?
To view a Relationship for a customer, first you must go through this feature:
Customer 360 (C360)?
This feature allows you to alert someone they are mentioned in a Timeline entry.

This Relationship Section option allows you to see, at a quick glance, general information about the customer.
What is General Attributes?
You must always add this in order to document every important interaction with a customer.
