Can you smoke in the Building?
No you can not smoke in the building. There is a $1000 charge for any resident or guest caught smoking in the building. Smoking paraphernalia is banned from the building. Hookah, Marijuana, Vapor Pens, and electronic cigarettes are included.

Guests can stay up to 3 consecutive nights within a two week period. If they want to stay longer, you must get approval of the Housing Manager and your roommates.

Call/Text the duty phone. Your calls are anonymous to us. When you inform us of someone breaking the rules we do not use your name.

Recycling goes in the recycle room and trash goes down the chute in the gibbons building
