DEI Ambassador's Meeting (formerly called DEI Committee Meeting)
Evidence-based practice operates on the premise that no preconditions are required for admittance. In practice, this means participants will not be denied entry to or removed from our housing programs due to lack of sobriety, income, mental health conditions, disabilities, or other psychosocial challenges.

Salary Bands (or Pay Bands)
A 7-week learning journey for new people leaders to explore, embrace, and begin to embody the Expected Behaviors of People Leaders, preparing and welcoming them into their roles, and creating a foundation that will guide them through their continued development as leaders of The People Concern.
People Leader Academy (PLA)
An initiative designed to amplify the voices of non-management staff by providing a direct line of communication to the ELT. Their role is to represent the staff voice, directly sharing the employee perspective on a wide array of topics with the Executive Leadership Team.
