Why isn't O&P standard for mitigation, content, specialty services, etc.
O&P is designed for use by general contractors when 3 or more trades are being performed. This is because there may be unforeseen costs the contractor may face. Mitigation services do not contain 3 or more trades and ALL associated costs are included in the Xactimate line items.
