SUCCESS
A. Our Trainers need them so they know what to do. Trainers don’t always train and they could forget.
B. To ensure we don’t forget to train them on everything they need to know by showing them all of the agendas on day one and verbally quizzing them on all agendas on day two.
C. To ensure consistency and to use as a guide to set both the Trainer and trainee up for success. This helps trainees retain knowledge and build confidence each day.
D. It is important they get one day in all positions so they can figure out which one they want to do.
