Handwashing Definition

What is: Turn water on, if applicable.  Rinse with hot water, with a temp greater than 100F, for 5 seconds. Lather your hands from wrists to finger tips for 5 seconds.  Rinse again for 5 seconds.  Dry with a single use disposable paper towel, and turn water off if applicable.  Discard paper towel.
