Cell Phone Use - What is RBFCU's policy on Cell Phones in the work place. 

The use of personal communication and enhanced mobile devices including cellular phones, smart phones and tablets (devices) in work spaces is not permitted without management approval. Employees who believe their situation necessitates an exception should advise their manager or department head. If given permission, the device must be operated in a manner not disruptive to the work environment. Employees may use personal devices on their lunch breaks.

What is a substitute check?

To make check processing faster, a federal law called the Check 21 Act permits financial institutions to replace original checks with substitute checks. These checks are similar in size to original checks with a slightly reduced image of the front and back of the original check. The front of a substitute check states: "This is a legal copy of your check. You can use it the same way you would use the original check." You may use a substitute check as proof of payment just like the original check.

We would have our members fill out 2 "Transaction Receipts" and let them know when our systems come up  we will process their transaction. Member get's a copy, we keep a copy.
