What’s the difference between Curex and other online sublingual immunotherapy treatment companies?

I don't know too much about other companies but what I can tell you that Curex provides best in class allergy care and the entire Curex clinical staff has extensive allergy experience.

When you become a plan member, you not only get tailored immunotherapy that addresses your positive allergy test results and the relevant allergens in your region, but also unlimited clinical visits as needed to address any concerns you have along the way. Our drops are at the upper limits of industry standards with respect to allergen dosing. We ship 3 months of drops at a time and reach out regularly to check-in on your progress. We also have a partnership with a pharmacy that can deliver prescription medications at discounted prices to your door.

We are invested in you, as our success depends on your success.

Why doesn't Curex do skin testing?

Skin testing should be performed in person under clinical supervision in a physician’s office due to the associated potential risk of a life-threatening allergic reaction called anaphylaxis.

Patient just received an unexpected insurance bill, what do we say?

Hi ! I understand your concern about receiving an unexpected bill, and I apologize for any confusion. Your consultation on [Date} with [Provider] was billed to your insurance. They got back to us with their coverage so the price that was charged is the patient responsibility after the insurance claim was submitted. I hope that clears things up!

We have a third party company, Premium Billing Solutions, who processes all insurance claims. You can contact Brian at 813-388-2935 to discuss anything related to insurance billing and claim processes. Just make sure to reference Curex when calling. Please let me know if I can help in any other way

Why do insurances not cover sublingual immunotherapy at this time?

Unfortunately it's too new of a treatment in the US and because every formula is specifically customized to the patient, it makes it a lot harder to make it FDA approved. But while allergy drops are not FDA approved, each extract in the formula is FDA approved.

When do the allergy drops expire?

Allergy drops can be left at room temperature for up to 6 months
