A type of system arming meant to be used while someone is inside working but still wants a measure of protection in place; armed the perimeter of the space but leave the interior detectors offline
What is Occupied Mode?
The length of time the keypad will "lock out" if a wrong account code is entered 4 times or a pin code is entered wrong 2 times
What is 2-minutes?
This link opens a window that gives special instructions and detailed information about an account to include special police instructions, nightline extensions, and other special policies
What is COMMENTS?
The top center area of the primary SonIP screen that holds the details specific to each alarm point received on that particular customer account
What is the ALARM DETAIL PANE?
A digital control panel monitored in SonIP that can only be changed by a technician on site or by the customer using a master code
What is an UPLINK panel?
A setting that tells the security system to trigger a minor noise/tone whenever a specific door is opened, thus alerting the employees within the location that someone has entered
What is chime mode?
A code sequence entered at the keypad that sends an emergency duress alarm to SonIP in the event of a force back situation
What is the Duress Code?
The link that opens a pop-up window which lists any points and contacts programmed in that account
What is ALARM POINT/DOORS?
The entire left of the primary SonIP screen that holds all alarms that have been received by the operator and are awaiting action
