What is a FIRE ALARM?
Generic descriptor for an alarm received, looking at the Location area will provide further information as to the details specific to the alarm itself
What is a GENERAL ALARM INPUT?
Indicates power has restored after a total power loss or displays after a panel download and after an enable-panel command
What is a PANEL UP?
Descriptor for an alarm received when an access door is accessed improperly without the use of an access card or fob
What is DOOR FORCED OPEN?
Indicates the panel is communicating on the secondary phone line

What is a DURESS?
An alarm indicating the frequency of breaking glass
What is a GLASS BREAK ALARM?
Indicates power to the control panel has been down for at least one minute (5 minutes for ADV+ panels) and the panel is now operating on battery power
What is AC POWER DOWN?
Descriptor received indicating the number of events that an AAM can hold without overwriting itself has reached a critical mass (80%) and needs uploaded right away
What is an ACTIVITY BUFFER FULL?
Indicates the primary line communicating over IP (internet) may be down
What is IP CONN FAIL?
A distress situation initiated by pressing a hardwired or wireless emergency button device signifying that police need to be dispatched immediately

Indicates the back-up battery is running low and has limited time remaining
What is LOW BATTERY?
Descriptor for an alarm received when an access door is held open too long
What is a DOOR PROPPED OPEN?
Indicates the primary phone line may be down as it has detected the loss of voltage for one minute on the telephone line and transmits this alarm on the secondary line/pathway if available
What is Phone Line 1 Down?
A distress situation initiated by pressing a hold-up button or other hardwired or wireless emergency detection device
What is a POLICE ALARM?
The system has detected an intrusion sound; look to the location column for a description of where the activation occurred within the facility
What is an AUDIO ACTIVATION?
Indicates a total loss of power (both primary and back-up); the panel is inoperative at this point and cannot send further alarms until power is restored
What is DOWN PANEL?
Descriptor received when the Access Module is not functioning properly and failing to communicate with the host panel
What is AAM DOWN?
The panel has not communicated with SonIP within the programmed "contact check" interval (typically 24 hours) so it generates this alarm code
What is a No Contact?
Indicates a fire alarm whereby the sprinkler system has activated
What is a WATER FLOW ALARM?
Indicates that the optioned delay time has expired after a delay point has been triggered
What is a DELAY ALARM?
Indicates AC power is present but the battery backup is inoperative (battery dead or a fuse is blown)
What is a BATTERY PROBLEM?

Communication between the receiver and the control panel has been interrupted
