Why won't my H&B card work at Kroger

Using the card with the security chip fails at Kroger. Their debit card readers are not programmed to read our security chips.

Below are three workarounds:

• Mobile wallet – coming soon to a theatre near you!
• Insert the card backwards. Once it fails 3 times, it will allow the card to be used through the magnetic swipe.
• Manually enter the card info (this is apparently what they do in the drive-thru)
