After receiving a training assignment, my first few tasks include this.

What is (1) Talk with Supervisor, (2) Contact the person who made the request for more information, (3) Create a training folder in Teams, (4) Begin working on the MIT form (which will help me work through objectives, identify info needed/missing, who to identify as SMEs, etc.); and (5) Research, research, research (before reaching out to SMEs or creating a slideshow.)

Function Meeting Communications - 3 step process.

What is: (1) The first communication is sent by Jamonica in the monthly email and added to the CW calendar; (2) The second reminder email is sent by the function meeting "Facilitator" 2 weeks prior to the meeting (no agenda attached); and (3) The final communication (Calendar Invite with Teams link) is sent by the "Facilitator" 24 hrs before the meeting -only to staff who registered for the training. This invitation should include the agenda.

Wayne Jonas, MD, executive director of Samueli Integrative Health Programs, along with colleagues partnered with The Harris Poll to conduct an online survey of 2,051 U.S. adults aged 18 years or older between May 5 and 7. The survey gauged participants’ mental health experiences and self-care practices during the pandemic. Results showed 80% of participants intended to be more mindful about regular self-care practices after the pandemic; however, this percentage reported struggling to find ways to maintain their physical, mental and spiritual health during the pandemic.

46% (will accept # between 40%-50%) reported struggling to find ways to maintain their physical, mental and spiritual health during the pandemic. (Moreover, 30% of Americans reported a lack of energy, 29% reported difficulty sleeping or exercising less and 47% reported feelings of social isolation. Most (64%) reported being focused on their mental health now more than ever and 44% desired more guidance and support for practicing self-care during the pandemic.)
