What is the difference between a Distro and a mailbox?
When would you use the gs-cardadvocacymanager distro vs the CardAdvocacyMgrEscalation mailbox?
Distro - emails everyone on the ditro, individually.
Mailbox - goes into a mailbox that those with access can go into to search or review.
Ditro needs to be used when you need help or action from leadership.
Mailbox - When you need the next person to be able to see where we're at on a complaint.

If a customer wants to withdrawal a dispute, is there a verbatim?

Please note that any temporary credits reflected on your account will be removed. This will be updated on your account balance within 1-3 days to reflect the withdrawal of this dispute.
