no graffiti, moving or writing on furniture, walls or property... damage to house or property will be repaired by the client, paid for in points and possibly billed to client and family

FALSE - underwear should be worn at ALL TIMES, the only exception being bras when going to sleep.
If a body check needs to be done, and you are not wearing underwear, you will still be body checked by the on shift nurse

FALSE - there is no maid, you are responsible for keeping your bedroom and laundry clean

Can I eat as much as I want whenever I want?
No. There are scheduled snack and meal times throughout the day, and you cannot eat snacks and meals outside of that. It is one snack per snack time, appropriate meal portions served equally to all clients. ONLY fruits and vegetables are available for consumption all day.

Why wouldn't electronics or substances be allowed on property?
These are means for addictions - whether it is your addiction or not , we accept a wide range of individuals and strive to maintain an environment that is inclusive to everyone's needs and safety

FALSE - no personal property of any kind should be shared, and we are not liable for any losses or damage that occurs as a result
What is the expection for going on walks or outings?
do not pick up anything, do not bring anything back to the house
Who should I talk to if I have dietary needs or restrictions?
Most of the time, we will know this information as part of your admission. However, if you need any further help, you can let a mentor know and they will reach out to the appropriate resource (usually nursing or chef).

Why might clothing be unapproved?
drug-related references, inappropriate gestures, visible weapons or profanity, ripped/holes, removable strings, inappropriate underwear, safety concerns (spikes, metal, underwire, high heels/steel toes, etc.)
Why is being respectful of my staff and peers a part of my treatment?
we are here to help you, and part of that is being considerate of each other. everyone is dealing with something and everyone has bad days; that is never an excuse to take it out on others or disrupt each other's treatment.

Theodore. Only one to two clients should be in the kitchen at a time, and ONLY with staff permission. Theodore is the only one who did not speak to staff before entering.
